自2008年《中华人民共和国禁毒法》正式实施以后,对禁毒工作涉及的戒毒措施进行了规范。经历了多年的实践运用,四川省经过艰辛的摸索探寻,取得了一定的成效,积累了一定的经验。但是在工作开展过程中,仍然面临着戒断困难、复吸率高、工作人员缺乏等诸多困难和问题。因此,通过文献调查、经验总结等方法探究四川省禁吸戒毒模式存在的问题,以不断完善四川省禁吸戒毒工作的实践,不断提高禁吸戒毒的工作水平和工作效果。本文结合四川省禁毒工作的实际情况,提出符合四川省禁毒工作具有可操作性的建议和对策,逐渐完善和发展禁吸戒毒模式。
Since the formal implementation of the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Narcotics Control” in 2008, measures have been taken to regulate the drug rehabilitation measures involved in anti-narcotics work. After years of practical application, Sichuan Province has made some arduous efforts and accumulated some experience after hard exploration. However, in the process of carrying out their work, they still face many difficulties and problems such as the difficulty of withdrawal, the high relapse rate and the lack of staff. Therefore, we should explore the problems existing in the mode of banning drug addiction and abstinence in Sichuan by means of literature investigation and experience summary, so as to continuously improve the practice of banning drug addiction and drug addiction in Sichuan Province and continuously improve the working level and effect of banning addiction and drug addiction treatment. Based on the actual situation of anti-drug work in Sichuan Province, this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures that are in line with the anti-drug work in Sichuan Province and gradually improve and develop the mode of drug prohibition and drug rehabilitation.
