中国戏剧家协会陕西省分会于8月14日召开了剧本创作问题座谈会.出席的有新老剧作家和业余作者共廿余人.大跃进以来,由于大家不断努力,曾经创作出了一些优秀剧本,丰富了舞台演出,现在不少同志都仍在继续过着紧张的写作生活,但创作中也存在着一些实际问题,这次会议就是针对这些问题召开的.发言中大家就目前听演出的剧作谈到:有些现代戏之所以写得不能令人满意,主要是深入生活不够;剧作者下去往往是抱着搜集材料的态度因而就不可能真正的熟悉群众,洞察生活,他们虽然获得了生动的故事和惊人的情节但毕竟是写不出感人肺腑的作品,创造不出鲜明深刻的人物形象.有些同志还就艺术创作与真人真事的关系问
