根据文献记载,全蚀病主要为害麦类作物,特别是小麦。玉米虽是全蚀病菌寄主之一,但一向被认为是全蚀病菌转病寄主,可以轻度感染,不引起明显症状,然而目前发现的全蚀病严重为害玉米。为了查明玉米全蚀病菌侵染规律,我们于1986~1987年,对玉米全蚀病菌的生物学性状进行了研究。一、材料与方法1.菌种来源:采自田间玉米罹病根茬。选取黑皮,剪成3~5毫米小段,用1%硝酸银消毒0.5~1分钟,经无菌水冲洗后,移入 PDA培养基平板上,于25℃恒温下暗培养4~5天,切取菌落边缘菌苔,进行纯化培养,获得玉米
