CD3AK细胞和LAK细胞均为异质细胞群,为了比较妇科恶性肿瘤患者LAK细胞和CD3AK细胞在体外培养过程中的表型特征,采用间接免疫荧光法动态观察CD3AK细胞和LAK细胞的CD_3~+,CD_4~+,CD_8~+细胞率。结果表明:①培养第1周,CD3AK细胞的CD_3~+,CD_4~+,CD_8~+细胞率分别为61.36%,54.23%和52.96%,显著高于LAK细胞组(P<0.01);③培养第2,3周,CD3AK细胞的CD_3~+,CD_4~+和CD_8~+细胞率高于LAK细胞,但无统计学差异(P>0.05);③随着培养时间延长,CD3AK细胞CD_3~+,CD_4~+,CD_8~+细胞率均不同程度下降,尤以CD_3~+细胞率下降最快,而LAK细胞在培养第2周,CD_3~+,CD_4~+,CD_8~+细胞率均有所升高,但第3周时又开始下降;④CD3AK细胞的CD_3~+,CD_4~+和CD_8~+细胞率在培养第1周最高,而LAK细胞在培养第2周最高。提示:CD3MAb和IL-2激活CD3AK细胞和LAK细胞的途径不同,致使CD3AK细胞和LAK细胞向不同的表型特征分化。
In order to compare the phenotypic characteristics of LAK cells and CD3AK cells in gynecological malignancies in vitro, the CD3AK cells and LAK cells were heterogeneous. Tip: CD3 MAb and IL-2 activate CD3AK cells and LAK cells in different ways, resulting in differentiation of CD3AK cells and LAK cells to different phenotypic characteristics.
