在某校一次全体教师会上 ,校长对学校常规管理作了安排 ,遭到非议 :现在都讲科学管理 ,你怎么不讲科研讲常规 ?在一些人眼里 ,现在要搞好学校工作 ,只要抓好科研就行了 ,常规么 ,抓不抓无所谓 ;更有甚者 ,他们对抓常规讳莫如深 ,自己不愿说 ,更不希望别人做 ,要是听见谁在讲常?
