This article is divided into three parts. The first part points out that the negative moral evaluation of the system is not enough to deduce the carrier of the system --- the organization, or the negative moral evaluation of individuals who complete the institutional behavior under the system. The second part revisits the or-ganizationalintentionality in the community of morality and the organizational membership derived from it. These two concepts were proposed by the author more than two decades ago, where the author amended the notion of organizational intentionality. The basis of his previous argument is to understand intentionality in the combination of desire-belief model, while the thesis of this article is more instinctual. The third part discusses how the differences in moral reasoning affect how we understand the complex elements of the moral world.
