开放改革给我国的医药工业的发展带来新的机会。社会主义市场经济正在形成之间,我们对在新形势下执行《药品管理法》中存在的问题进行了一些调查,调查中发现,由于目前医药卫生行业的管理体制、政策法规等尚不够完善,在药品生产、流通和使用等环节尚存在不少问题,严重影响医药工业开放改革的健康发展,对贯彻《药品管理法》造成了新的困难,对此应引起卫生行政部门和有责任心、事业心的医药专家们的重视。
