该文旨在分析影响卧式加工中心空间误差的关键制造误差,为机床零件公差分配提供依据。用齐次坐标变换的方法建立了机床空间误差模型,分析了机床各轴几何误差在机床空间误差中的传递积累;用统计方法分析了直线进给轴制造误差对几何误差的影响,得到了直线进给轴几何误差公差分析的经验表达式。结合机床空间误差模型和单轴公差分析,计算得到了机床综合空间误差对各轴制造误差的敏感度。该方法可用于指导机床的公差分配,预测整机的空间误差。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the key manufacturing errors which affect the spatial error of horizontal machining center and provide the basis for the tolerance distribution of machine tool parts. The machine tool space error model is established by the homogeneous coordinate transformation method, and the geometric errors of machine axes are transferred and accumulated in the space error of the machine tool. The influence of the manufacturing error of the linear feed axis on the geometrical error is analyzed by statistics method, An Empirical Expression of Geometric Error Tolerance Analysis of Feed Shaft. Combined with the machine tool space error model and the uniaxial tolerance analysis, the sensitivity of the machine tool synthesis space error to each axis manufacturing error was calculated. The method can be used to guide the tolerance distribution of machine tools to predict the spatial error of the whole machine.
