为提高煤粉磁选脱硫降灰效率,以北宿煤为样品,对其中矿物组分进行了X射线衍射分析,应用振动样品磁强计研究其磁性,考察了密度组成、粒度组成和磁场强度同比磁化率的关系.研究表明:比磁化率同密度间存在线性相关关系,以1.6 g/cm3为界,高、低密度级煤分别呈顺磁性和逆磁性,且随煤粉粒度的减小,低密度级煤的逆磁性减弱,而高密度级煤的顺磁性增强;磁场强度对煤的磁性有一定影响.采用X100-10型永磁振动高梯度磁选机进行了煤粉的磁选试验,脱硫率和脱灰率最高达到55.52%和64.41%,磁选试验脱灰效果明显.
In order to improve the desulfurization and ash removal efficiency of pulverized coal magnetic separation, the northern coal was taken as the sample, and the mineral components were analyzed by X-ray diffraction.
