图像复制过程中的质量控制是实现图像复制颜色再现和阶调再现的最主要工作。扫描仪是印前系统图像输入的主要设备,扫描仪的物理特性以及对原稿色彩与阶调信息的再现能力对最终的图像复制质量有非常重要的影响。因此,对扫描仪的扫描特性进行测试与校准是图像质量控制的重要工作。介绍了设计制作的扫描仪测试标准扫描原稿,并在Heidelberg色彩管理套件的Scanopen软件环境下利用该原稿对扫描仪颜色特性进行测试并生成 ICC标准的设备特性文件。还对自行设计的标准扫描原稿与 IT8.7/2标准原稿进行测试与讨论,并对扫描仪的标准化校正提出了一些想法。
Quality control in the process of image reproduction is the most important work to achieve color reproduction and tone reproduction of image. The scanner is the main equipment for pre-press system image input. The physical characteristics of the scanner and the ability to reproduce the original color and tone information have a very important influence on the final image reproduction quality. Therefore, it is an important work of image quality control to test and calibrate the scanning characteristics of the scanner. Describes the design of the scanner test standard for scanning originals and uses the original to test the scanner color characteristics and generate ICC standard device profiles in the Heidelberg Color Management Suite’s Scanopen software environment. We also test and discuss standard self-designed scanners and IT8.7 / 2 standard manuscripts and put forward some ideas for the standardization of scanners.
