秦源公司是宝鸡市政府与徐矿集团合作,于2003年12月在宝鸡戚家坡煤矿基础上组建而成的煤炭企业。矿区位于宝鸡市陇县与千阳县交界处,距宝鸡市60公里。组建以来,公司坚持开放融入、创业创新、做大做强的发展思路,牢记使命,艰辛创业,使一个原本只有年产15万吨,生产技术落后、经济效益低下的地方小矿,发生了化蛹为蝶的历史巨变,基本建成安全高效、数字化、现代化矿井,年产能力达到140万吨。先后荣获“中国煤炭工业双十佳煤矿”、全国“安康杯”竞赛优胜单位、江苏省国资委系统先进基层党组织、陕西省文明单位标兵、在陕投资优秀企业、宝鸡市功勋企业等称号。
