社会分配不公已引起社会各界的关注,企业经营者收入过高已成为社会分配不公的一种重要表现。为此,各地相继作出限制经营者收入的措施,这是十分必要的。但是,有些地方出现对经营者收入限定过低的倾向,有的已退回原来平均主义的老路。对此,笔者认为,必须认真分析,冷静对待,否则,在我们这样的企业家本来就不多的国家里,将挫伤经营者的积极性,不利于企业家的成长。因此,必须认真看待经营者的劳动,合理确定经营者的收入。
The unfair distribution of society has attracted the attention of all sectors of the society. The high income of business operators has become an important manifestation of social unfair distribution. For this reason, it is very necessary for all localities to make measures to limit the income of business operators one after another. However, in some places there has been a tendency to limit the income of the operators too low, and some have returned to the old path of egalitarianism. In this regard, the author believes that it must be carefully analyzed and treated with calmness. Otherwise, in countries where there are already few entrepreneurs like us, it will dampen the enthusiasm of the operators and will not help the growth of entrepreneurs. Therefore, we must take a serious look at the labor of the operators and reasonably determine the income of the operators.
