山东肥城矿业集团公司杨庄煤矿座落在巍巍泰山西麓、风景秀丽的穆柯寨脚下,得天独厚的地理优势却没有使这个已过不惑之年的国有中型企业享受到“地利”的恩赐。两年前,该矿还是全集团公司最困难的单位之一,各项主要经济指标排名倒数第二。而今,短短的三年间,该矿不但甩掉了亏损大户的帽子,而且以跨越式发展姿态,创出了在企业最困难时期煤炭产量最高、效益最好、发展最快的佳绩。在去年主要经济指标创历史最好水平的基础上,2002年1至9月份,全矿安全产煤711600吨,超计划131600吨,实现利润 1643万元,均创历史
