加强企业财务管理建设能够推动企业改革、促进企业发展、有利于企业对资金进行统一管理。自我国加入世界贸易组织之后,企业的资金风险就增大了很多,而加强企业财务管理建设能够有效的监控企业资金、提高资金利用率、降低资金流动风险、提高企业在国际市场中的竞争力。本文从实际出发,对制约我国企业财务管理建设的因素进行分析,并对此提出相应的解决方案。
