自觉学法正在福建省财政系统内蔚然成风。到9月中旬为止,全系统95％以上的公务员接受了系统的普法培训,80％以上的执法人员经过了省厅组织的严格的行政执法资格认证考试。福建省人大常委会有关负责人认为:积极贯彻落实省委、省人大、省政府依法治省的精神,注重公务员的整体素质、特别是法律素质的提高,在福建全省,财政系统是第一家。
Consciously learning method is becoming commonplace in the financial system of Fujian Province.
