赏识教育是教育的一大突破,是教育理念的一次积极创新,赏识教育改变了中国传统教育中的弊病,激发了学生潜能,和谐了师生关系。教师的赏识在学生看来是对自己的认同和夸奖,这会使学生对学习语文充满信心。另一方面,赏识教育观念对小学生的健康成长有着积极的促进作用,能够使学生有被关注的感觉,因此会表现得更好,这有利于学生良好行为习惯的养成。
Appreciation education is a major breakthrough in education. It is a positive innovation in educational philosophy. Appreciation education has changed the shortcomings in traditional Chinese education, stimulated the potential of students and harmonious the relationship between teachers and students. Teachers’ appreciation of students seems to be their own recognition and praise, which will enable students to have confidence in learning Chinese. On the other hand, the concept of appreciating education plays a positive role in promoting the healthy growth of primary school students. Students can be given a feeling of concern and therefore perform better. This is conducive to the development of good behavior habits of students.
