本文首先结合某教师《风筝》教学案例中无效小组讨论对语文课中的小组讨论的无效性作归因分析,归因主要有:1.问题设计太随意,2.讨论时间显仓促,3.组织分工不到位,4.教师主导未体现。通过《济南的冬天》教学中有效小组讨论的教学实践,提出了小组讨论的四点有效策略:1.精设问题,是有效进行小组讨论的关键。2.独立思考,是有效实施小组讨论的前提。3.任务驱动,是有效推进小组讨论的动力。4.教师引导,是有效开展小组讨论的保证。
In this paper, we firstly analyze the ineffectiveness of the panel discussion in the Chinese class with the invalid group discussion in the kite teaching case of a teacher. The main reasons are as follows: 1. The design of the question is too casual; 2. The time is short for discussion; Organization division is not in place, 4. Teachers did not reflect the dominant. Through the teaching practice of effective group discussion in the teaching of winter in Jinan, we put forward four effective strategies for group discussion: 1. The problem of refinement is the key to effective group discussion. 2. Independent thinking is the precondition for the effective implementation of the panel discussion. 3. Task-driven, is the driving force to effectively promote the panel discussion. 4. Teacher guidance, is an effective guarantee for group discussions.
