根据党中央的部署,当前正在干部中特别是领导干部中深入开展“讲学习、讲政治、讲正气”的活动。 我们认为,在干部的“三讲教育”过程中,应重视和加强干部的道德建设。因为“三讲”的内容有不少是包含着伦理道德原则的。讲学习,就是要学习科学理论和科学知识,特别是要学习马克思主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论,而这些科学理论中有不少是关于干部思想道德建设的内容,是应该作为重点加以学习的。讲政治,就是要讲政治方向、政治立场,政治观点、政治纪律、政治鉴别力、政治敏感性,说到底
According to the plan of the Central Committee of the Party, the current activities of “stressing on learning, stressing politics and upholding integrity” are being carried out among cadres, especially leading cadres. In our opinion, we should attach importance to and strengthen the moral construction of cadres during the “three stresses education” of cadres. Because many of the contents of the “three stresses” contain the principle of ethics. To study is to learn scientific theories and scientific knowledge, and especially to study Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory. Many of these scientific theories should focus on the ideological and moral building of cadres. To talk about politics means to talk about the political direction, political positions, political opinions, political discipline, political discrimination, and political sensibilities.
