运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对甘肃省基础教育体育师资的现状进行调查,剖析毕业生就业潜力特征。调查结果显示:初中和小学需要大量体育毕业生,高级中学体育师资接近饱和;少数民族地区学校和其它地市乡镇中小学是未来几年体育教育毕业生就业的主要渠道。
By means of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper investigates the current situation of physical education teachers in basic education in Gansu Province and analyzes the characteristics of employment potential of graduates. The survey results show that a large number of middle school and primary schools need a large number of PE graduates and PE teachers in senior middle schools are nearing saturation. Schools in ethnic minority areas and other primary and secondary schools in townships and townships are the main channels for employment of PE graduates in the next few years.
