The Hewlett-Packard Company’s Infinium Series of five oscilloscopes feature 500MHz to 1.5GHz bandwidth with maximum sample rates of 1GS / s, 2GS / s, 4GS / s and 8GS / s per channel and memory depths of 32k to 64k / channel. These oscilloscopes provide analog-oscilloscope-like front panel controllers, a Microsoft Windows 95-based graphical user interface and a built-in information system. Key features include independent scaling and displacement controllers for each channel, as well as easy-to-use time-stamping and measurement capabilities. Infinium series introduces the company’s disturbance triggering technology. This technology extends the standard triggering methods offered such as edge, glitch, delay, logic and video triggering by increasing the ability to rise, lower, set and hold times.
