我们有一整套扩大内需的宏观经济政策，也不缺乏包括西方经济学在内的宏观经济理论。但是，为何近年来接连出台的扩张性经济政策并未使扩大内需目标达到预期效果？这是因为我国深层次的体制和结构的矛盾还没有得到解决，弱化了宏观经济政策效力的发挥。这一问题应该引起我们的重视。
We have a whole set of macroeconomic policies to expand domestic demand and no shortage of macroeconomic theories including Western economics. However, why the successive expansion of economic policies introduced in recent years has not enabled the objective of expanding domestic demand to achieve the desired results? This is because the deep contradictions of the system and structure of our country have not yet been solved, which has weakened the effectiveness of macroeconomic policies. This issue deserves our attention.
