故障现象一辆长安马自达3轿车(装备LF2.0发动机),报修耗机油。故障排除接车后,经过拆检后确定该车耗机油故障是由于气门油封及活塞环损坏引起的,决定更换气门油封及活塞环。由于此款发动机的曲轴正时齿轮、曲轴带轮、凸轮轴正时齿轮上都没有定位键槽,在安装正时链条时笔者查阅了维修手册,手册中指出需要专用工具,但是由于没有专用工具,在安装时只能使用普通工具代替。下面笔者将该发动机正时机构的安装方法同大家分享如下(编者按:下述
