目的:对西宁地区系统性红斑狼疮心脏异常应用彩色多普勒超声心动图进行观察分析。方法:对西宁地区23例系统性红斑狼疮患者的心脏改变与同海拔地区正常人进行对照分析。结果:狼疮组患者的左室、左房、右室、肺动脉内径均较对照组扩大且多数伴有少量至中等量心包积液(P<0.01),二、三尖瓣反流也较对照组检出率高(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:彩色多普勒超声心动图对临床检测病情和评价疗效及判断预后有重要意义。
Objective: To observe and analyze color Doppler echocardiography in abnormal heart of systemic lupus erythematosus in Xining area. Methods: The cardiac changes of 23 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in Xining were compared with that of normal subjects at the same altitude. Results: Lupus patients’ left ventricle, left atrium, right ventricle and pulmonary artery were larger than those in the control group, with a small amount of moderate to moderate pericardial effusion (P <0.01), and tricuspid regurgitation The detection rate was high (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). Conclusion: Color Doppler echocardiography is of great significance for the clinical detection of disease and evaluation of the efficacy and prognosis.
