本文首先介绍了QZ(09T)公路桥梁球型支座系列通用图产生的背景、主要技术指标,单向、双向、固定3种支座类型的结构组成,并介绍了2座2.5MN单向支座的验证性试验,试验数据表明符合2009新标准要求。文中重点介绍了该系列产品的结构特点——多重防尘功能、零件互换及通用性。参数表列出了3种支座类型的主要设计参数,并指导工程人员如何通过本系列通用图对支座类型、承载力水平进行选择。该系列通用图注重工程实用性,为工程人员扩大了选择面。
This paper firstly introduces the background, main technical specifications, structure of unidirectional, bidirectional and fixed three support types of QZ (09T) highway bridge ball bearing and introduces two 2.5MN unidirectional support Seat of the confirmatory test, test data show that meet the new requirements of 2009 standards. This article focuses on the structure of the product features - multiple dust-proof features, parts interchangeability and versatility. The parameter list lists the main design parameters for the three bearing types and guides engineers how to choose the bearing type and bearing capacity level from this series of general drawings. This series of general-purpose drawings focus on practical engineering, expanding the choice of surface for engineering staff.
