姜片虫病在广州市某些地区流行颇为严重,对人民健康有一定危害。以往的研究已证明吡喹酮对姜片虫病有较好疗效,但适宜的剂量、疗程尚待探讨。为了观察单剂吡喹酮治疗姜片虫病的适宜用药剂量,1987年5月我们在广州市白云区垣尾乡用不同剂量吡喹酮治疗姜片虫病人109例,现报告如下。
Ginger worm disease in some parts of Guangzhou epidemic quite serious, have a certain harm to people’s health. Previous studies have shown that praziquantel has a good curative effect on zooxanthellae, but the appropriate dosage and duration of treatment have yet to be explored.
