为了解聚-(羟乙基)-DL-天冬酰胺(1)和聚-(羟丙基)-DL-天冬酰胺(2)在体内的变化过程及对肝肾的影响,将1和2压制成棒,埋于小鼠皮下,分别于d5、10、15、20取埋植部位、肝、肾组织作组织切片,取血检测丙氨酸转氨酶、肌酐。结果显示:1和2均有溶胀分解现象,经历了从固态到胶状再到细小颗粒的变化过程。两者被吸收后,可引起肝脏小血管周围的轻度炎症反应,肾小管内出现小量管型,但对肝肾功能均无明显影响
In order to understand the in vivo process of poly- (hydroxyethyl) -DL-asparagine (1) and poly- (hydroxypropyl) -DL-asparagine (2) 2 into rods, buried in mice subcutaneously, respectively, at the d5,10,15,20 taken from the implantation site, liver and kidney tissue sections, blood alanine aminotransferase, creatinine. The results show that both 1 and 2 have swelling and decomposing phenomena, and undergo the change from solid state to colloid to fine particles. Both are absorbed, can cause mild inflammatory reaction around the small blood vessels of the liver, tubular small tube type, but no significant effect on liver and kidney function
