甲状软骨的变异,国内薛兴尧1958年在武汉医学院学报上曾报道一例.本文作者在修整喉的软骨标本时,发现甲状软骨的一些变异,特报道如下:该标本喉结突出,估计属男性.甲状软骨左上角缺如,该侧甲状软骨板上缘光滑呈钝角;右侧上角,角长13.4mm.甲状软骨上缘两外侧端至舌骨大角之间(约20mm)各有一包裹软骨的结缔组织索,使两者连接.左侧软骨(长16.2mm,其上端粗3.2mm～3.5mm,下端呈圆柱形,直径为2.3mm),右侧软骨如绿豆大小(长4.9mm,粗3.6mm～4.0mm),属正常的麦粒软骨.
