近年来,肝内胆管细胞癌的发生率逐年增加,约占肝癌的15%[1]。由于临床上对原发性肝细胞癌及肝内胆管细胞癌的治疗方法及预后均不同,因此提高肝内胆管细胞癌的诊断率尤为重要。笔者总结了彩色多普勒超声对21例肝内胆管细胞癌的诊断体会如下。
In recent years, the incidence of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma increased year by year, accounting for about 15% of liver cancer [1]. Because of the clinical treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and prognosis are different, so to improve the diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma is particularly important. The author summarizes the color Doppler ultrasound in 21 cases of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma diagnosis as follows.
