本文提出了“从宏观角度对资源进行社会价值分析”这样一个新问题。作者指出,资源的社会价值分析,也就是把社会视为一个经济系统,用系统分析的观点、价值分析的方法来研究社会资源与社会功能需求之间的关系。在保证实现社会功能的前提下,求出一个合理的资源结构,使社会为实现该功能所花的成本最小。为了论述这个问题,本文对社会必要功能分析、资源的功能分析、资源的社会成夯分析、资源的社会价值分析等,分别进行了论述;给出了各有关概念的定义;叙述了上述诸论题的基本思想和方法,阐述了“对资源进行社会价值分析”全过程的思想、方法和模式。
This paper puts forward a new problem of “social value analysis of resources from a macro perspective”.
