本文针对我国风险投资的发展现状及存在的问题,从理论上阐述风险投资的定义,简述我国风险投资的研究现状及存在的缺陷,探讨如何建立积极、完善的风险投资机制。
In this paper, according to the status quo and existing problems of venture capital in China, this paper elaborates the definition of venture capital theoretically, briefly describes the research status and existing defects of venture capital in China, and discusses how to establish a positive and perfect risk investment mechanism.
