我们东乡铜矿建矿近40年。在1994年底,由于原矿品位下降,资源枯竭,出现经营滑坡,累计亏损12455万元。目前正在进行关闭破产重组工作。职工对企业破产重组心态如何?我们就此做了调查。 对企业关闭破产,82％的人认为是由于矿山资源枯竭,扭亏无望,关闭破产是党和国家对产业工人的关怀。也有18％的人认为是甩人员多的包袱。 在回答企业破产后自己的选择时,51％的人选择能入股重组新公司,15％的人选择拿一次性经济补偿金走人,34％的人不知该怎么办。对企业破产一次性经济补偿金,5％的人认为可以接受,12％的人认为不得不接受,83％的人认为太少,希望能得到铜业公司的补贴。 对破产后遇到的困难,40％的人认为自己会找重组新公司,27％的人认为会去找政府,28％的人认为会找市场,5％的人认为要找铜业公
