据我个人当厂长的一些体会,以及听到职工对厂长的一些意见,归纳成这篇《厂长“十忌”》,和厂长们谈谈心。一忌自私自利,只顾个人。职工对那些趁改革之机,大捞一把,只图自己兜满,不管别人锅空的自私自利的领导,意见极大。这种人在群众中最没有威信,说话无号召力。台上他说,台下说他。说话无人听,做事无人帮,工作寸步难行。二思最守成规,不思开拓。自以为工作有一套,满足于一得之功和一孔之见,闭关自守,循规蹈矩;安于守业,怠于开创;只抓生产,不抓经营;不求有功,但求无过。这种胸无改革大志的领导,易使企业窒息,人心涣散,职工生活难于改善。三思争功诿过,文过饰非。功劳都往自己帐上挂,错误尽往别人头上推。这样的领导,群众最怕与之共事,尤其是在要冒风险、创大业、搞改革之时,难能有与之配合者。四忌办事拖沓,碌碌庸庸。当厂长,处理问题必须当机立断,是则是,非则非,不能什么事情都要“研究研究”。办事拖沓,不果断处理问题的人,群众最不愿意向他反映情况。
