复合钢板的用途很广,在炼油、石油化工、重化学、肥料及造纸等工业部门中,常常用以制造反应器,塔器、换热器、高压釜和蒸煮器等设备。由于不锈钢价贵,而制造压力容器的优质碳钢和低合金钢又不适于腐蚀性流体,采用复合钢板就能达到物尽其用的目的。有时是考虑到复合钢板的导热性能优于整体不锈钢的缘故。本文扼要地讨论双金属复合钢板容器的设计、制造和热处理方面的内容。
The use of composite plates is very versatile and is often used in the refining, petrochemical, heavy chemical, fertilizer and papermaking industries to produce reactors, towers, heat exchangers, autoclaves and digesters. Due to the high price of stainless steel, high-quality carbon steel and low-alloy steel used to make pressure vessels are not suitable for corrosive fluids. The use of composite steel plate can achieve the purpose of making the best use of it. Sometimes taking into account the thermal conductivity of composite steel is better than the overall stainless steel sake. This article briefly discusses the design, manufacturing, and heat treatment aspects of bimetallic steel plate containers.
