层析聚酰胺树脂的微观形态和结晶性能研究

采用表面反射光学显微镜、热台偏光显微镜、DSC分析等手段,表征、分析和研究了两种巴陵石化生产的层析分离用聚酰胺树脂PA-1(30~60目)和PA-2(60~80目)的微观形态结构以及熔融和结晶性能,并与市售普通层析聚酰胺树脂PA-3(60~80目)和两种工程塑料级PA6的基本性能作了比较。结果表明,层析聚酰胺树脂是一种微细颗粒状多孔材料,与工程塑料级聚酰胺树脂一样,它仍然是一种结晶性聚合物,熔点在208℃附近。与市售层析聚酰胺树脂相比,巴陵石化生产的层析聚酰胺树脂颗粒的形状规整,粒度均匀,纯净度高,多孔结构丰富,层析分离效果好。与工程塑料级PA6相比,层析聚酰胺树脂的结晶速度慢,结晶过程中的结晶焓小。巴陵石化生产的层析聚酰胺树脂具有部分形成松散的结晶结构的能力,有利于增加微孔结构,提高其吸附和分离功能。 Two kinds of polyamide PA-1 (30-60 mesh) and PA-2 (PA-2) for chromatographic separation produced by Baling Petrochemical Company were characterized, analyzed by surface reflectance optical microscope, hot stage polarization microscope and DSC analysis. 60 ~ 80 mesh) microstructure, as well as the melting and crystallization performance, and compared with the basic performance of the ordinary polyamide PA-3 (60 ~ 80 mesh) and two engineering plastics grade PA6. The results show that the polyamide resin is a kind of fine granular porous material, which is still a kind of crystalline polymer, which is similar to the engineering plastic grade polyamide resin. The melting point is near 208 ℃. Compared with the commercially available polyamide resin, the polyamide resin pellets produced by Baling Petrochemical have regular shape, uniform particle size, high purity, rich porous structure and good chromatographic separation effect. Compared with the engineering plastic grade PA6, the crystallization speed of the polyamide resin is slow, and the crystallization enthalpy in the crystallization process is small. Baling Petrochemical production of polyamide resin has the ability to form part of the loose crystalline structure, is conducive to increasing the microporous structure, improve its adsorption and separation functions.
