Ford Motor Company has partnered with Cosma International, a subsidiary of auto parts maker Magna International, and the US Department of Energy’s Vehicle Technologies Program to develop lightweight automotive technology that uses advanced materials to manufacture light-body vehicles to improve vehicle performance and reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
