没有民主,就没有社会主义,更没有社会主义现代化。在我国国有企业股份制改造进程中,有必要以邓小平民主法制理论为指导,大胆学习和借鉴西方国家职工参与制的民主分权理念和实践经验。顺应二战以来现代企业发展民主化这股世界性潮流,扬弃“股东主权”逻辑,实行“人力资本所有者和物质资本所有者及其他利益相关者共同主权”逻辑,确保国有企业职工民主权利。为此,很有必要针对新形势下国有企业职工民主权利贫乏的现状,探索确保国有企业职工民主权利的基本途径。
