王利军,1962年12月生于河北乐亭。现为海军政治部文艺创作室专业画家,国家一级美术师、中国美术家协会会员、北京美术家协会理事、中国名家书画研究院副院长、文化部青年联合会美术工作委员会委员、北京书法家协会会员。多次参加国家级大型展览及各类提名展、学术邀请展。作品多次获奖或被各级美术馆、博物馆等机构及个人收藏。出版有《中国当代实力派画家丛书·王利军》、《美术家王利军》、《中国画名家艺术研究·王利军写意人物》、《当代中国画学术论坛推荐艺术家·王利军艺术创作状态》等画集多种。
