小学生正处于自我意识、能力提升的发展阶段,他们希望老师理解他们、关爱他们、尊重他们,表现出来的特点就是在取得成绩、获取进步之时,希望得到他人的肯定和认同,渴求同学的羡慕、好感,企盼老师的尊重和赏识。教学实践中,运用赏识教育、发挥评价功能,运用激励导向、调控等方法,为学生的学习创设一个情景交融的教学情境,富有诗情的评价环境,以促进全体学生共同发展,和谐发展。
