随着社会主义市场经济建设不断发展,作为企业单位发展的基础设施建设、基建工程项目建设也越来越得到深入发展。工程档案工作是基建工程的重要组成部分,也是整个工程建设管理中的一项重要基础工作,它反映了一定时期企业单位生产力发展水平的历史记录。工程档案包含建设项目在立项审批、招投标、勘察、设计、施工、监理及竣工验收全过程中形成的文字、图表、声像等形式的以纸质、胶片、磁介、光介等载体存在的全部文件(包括前期文件、施工文件和竣工验收文件等)。工程档案在项目建成后,为单位正常营运、设备检修、工程扩建、技术改造等方面提供了齐全、可靠、真实、准确的第一手资料,也是企业单位在关键的时候维护合法权益,提高经济效益的重要依据。本文对如何加强工程档案收集、编制、管理,以实现档案自身应有的价值,为发展和谐社会和经济建设,提升档案的服务水平及其利用率进行论述,同时根据当前实际情况提出以下几个应当重视的问题。
