现代小学教育逐步引进新型教育的教学理念,这是一种新型的教育改革,它采用了专业化的教学思想。随着教育的深入改革,创新性的教学模式也在高速扩张。实施校本教学的组合策略,以教学管理建设为牵动,积极加强教师工作激励机制。教育大计,应以教师为本。俗话说要想在教育事业上发展,关键还是在于教师,正是因为有了好的教师,才会有好的教育。教师应履行自己的职责,《教师法》的颁布要把小学教师队伍建设得更加强大,教育的关键还在于抓基础,努力提高专业化教师的业务水平。
