本文将我院近5年来收治的真性红细胞增多症4例综合报告如下: 一、主要症状和体征(见表1) 二、主要实验检查结果(见表2) 三、治疗例1经放血300毫升及马利兰2毫克/次,每天3次及对症治疗3周达到好转标准出院;例2经放血3次共700毫升、马利兰2毫克/次,每天3次,三尖杉酯碱每3天4～6毫克+5%葡萄糖500毫升静脉滴注及其他对症治疗56天达完全缓解;例3经放血4次共1120毫升,环磷酰胺0.2+生理盐水20毫升隔天1次静注,中药及对症治疗68天达完全缓解;例4经放血4次共980毫升,三尖杉酯碱4毫克+5%葡萄糖500毫升静点,每3至7天1次及其他对症治疗两个半月达完全缓解。
