本文提出了一种带爆震检测并由微机控制的汽油机点火系统。该系统对由缸盖振动信号得到的爆震和基础噪声进行滤波和比较后,检测出爆震信号。并由电脑分析爆震强度和不断地调整点火定时使汽油机跟踪在轻微的爆震状态下工作。而在找不到爆震的那些工况上,电脑则根据转速给出不同的点火提前角。文中还提出了在压缩比提高后本系统控制480汽油机时的节能效果。
In this paper, a gasoline engine ignition system with knock detection and microcomputer control is proposed. The system filters and compares the knocking and the base noise obtained from the vibration signal of the cylinder head to detect the knocking signal. And by computer analysis of knock intensity and constantly adjust the ignition timing so that the gasoline engine tracking in a slight knock state work. In those conditions can not find knock, the computer is based on the speed given different ignition advance angle. The paper also put forward the energy saving effect when the system control 480 gasoline engine after the compression ratio is improved.
