在掌握水稻磷,钾诊断技术的基础上,应用和发展了水稻叶鞘淀粉碘试法,发现水稻的氮素含量与叶鞘淀粉积累之间,在同一生育期有显明的相关性。试验用B/A值作为氮素营养状况的指标,其结果证明该指标能应用于各种氮肥状况的诊断,并提出了千斤早稻各生育期的氮素营养指标。经四年的田间试验和推广的结果表明,运用稻株营养诊断技术及其指标,作为施肥的依据,能协调氮、磷、钾的平衡和控制氮素营养水平,对早稻省肥、高产、稳产起着良好作用。它是早稻省肥高产栽培的主要技术手段。
Based on the diagnosis of phosphorus and potassium in rice, iodine-sheath starch iodine test was applied and developed.
