当前,我国的标准化事业,已开始了迅速发展的势头,经济改革,技术革命的新形势,要求标准化工作从单纯以制订标准为中心,转到以促进技术进步,提高企业的素质和经济效益为中心上来。为此,充分认识到企业标准化工作的重要性,看清其普遍存在的问题,并研究如何强化它,是改善企业管理的当务之急,是当前企业改革的迫切需要。
