一氧化氮是精氨酸通过一氧化氮合酶氧化作用而生成的,组织中一氧化氮合酶的诱导会导致一氧化氮的不断产生并与许 多炎症如血管扩张、水肿、细胞毒等有关。 泽泻具有利尿、清热解毒之功效,用于治疗捧尿困难、泌尿系感染、液体和粘液潴留、眩晕等疾病。本次采用γ-干扰素+脂多糖刺激大鼠RAW246.7细胞模型探讨泽泻水提取、分离成分对诱导型一氧化氮合酶的抑制作用。 材料与方法:干燥泽泻茎粉末5kg用甲醇回流提取2次,甲醇提取液分配
