随着公民环保意识的增强,人们对周围环境提出了更高的要求,环境污染纠纷蜂拥而至。由于现行的环境污染纠纷处理方式存在很多的弊病,大量环境污染纠纷无法得到根本解决,进一步规范环境污染纠纷机制是当前急需解决的问题。本文对目前的环境管理体制、环保法制建设、民间环保纠纷处理情况等要素进行了认真思考和分析,提出了规范环境污染纠纷处理的具体措施。
With the enhancement of citizens’ awareness of environmental protection, people put forward higher requirements on the surrounding environment, and environmental pollution disputes have swarmed. Due to the existing disadvantages of handling environmental pollution disputes, a large number of environmental pollution disputes can not be fundamentally solved, and further standardizing the dispute mechanism of environmental pollution is a pressing issue that needs to be resolved urgently. In this paper, the current environmental management system, environmental protection and legal system construction, environmental protection disputes and other environmental factors seriously thought and analyzed, put forward to regulate the handling of environmental pollution disputes specific measures.
