培养造就一支高素质的企业家队伍是一项巨大的社会系统工程,必须统筹规划,周密安排,认真实施。当前迫切需要着手进行的是从基础工作做起,尽快建立健全培养、选拔、教育、管理四种机制,为造就企业家队伍创造良好的环境和条件。一、建立科学的培养机制,创造企业家脱颖而出的良好环境企业家是具有较高政治业务素质,在企业经营管理中做出显著成绩,并为职工群众和社会公认的优秀企业经营管理者。
Training and bringing up a high-quality entrepreneurial team is a huge social system project. It must be planned in an integrated manner, carefully arranged, and carefully implemented. What we urgently need to start now is to start from basic work and establish four sound mechanisms for training, selection, education, and management as soon as possible so as to create a favorable environment and conditions for fostering a contingent of entrepreneurs.
