2006年以来,辽河油田公司全面开展了岗位“小练兵”活动,这不仅是各级领导前瞻性的举措,更是采油一线生产单位的迫切需要。尤其是对于我们稠油、超稠油生产单位来讲,普通稠油进入中后期开采阶段,而超稠油开始高周期生产,随着开采难度、成本的增加,新工艺技术不断引进,掌握新工艺、接受新知识已成为员工的必需。为此,曙光采油厂采油作业六区通过找准切入点、落脚点、着力点,使“小练兵”活动真正成为岗位员工提高技术的舞台。
Since 2006, Liaohe Oilfield Company has fully launched the post “Small Training Forces” campaign, which is not only a forward-looking move by leaders at all levels, but also an urgent need for oil production front-line production units. Especially for our heavy oil and ultra-heavy oil production units, ordinary heavy oil enters the middle and late stage of production, while super heavy oil starts to be produced in high cycle. With the difficulty and cost of mining increasing, new process technology is introduced continuously and new Technology, acceptance of new knowledge has become a necessity for employees. To this end, Shuguang Oil Production Plant six districts by identifying the entry point, the foothold, focus, so that “small trainer ” activities to truly become post employees to improve the technology stage.
