本文简要介绍红外线防撞装置在济钢第三炼钢厂起重机保护系统中的设置、安装及调整方法。通过实施研究及应用工作,为第三炼钢厂同跨间工作的多部天车配备安装了红外线防撞报警装置,有效的保证了在生产过程中同跨天车之间的安全距离,防止了同跨天车之间碰撞事故的发生,提高了安全作业系数,消除了重大安全隐患,取得了良好的效果。
