祁阳县张公坪乡杨家桥村有537户,806人,人平耕地面积仅0.76亩,是一个人多田少吃鱼难的落后村,1992年全村人平纯收入206元。为了改变这种落后状况,充分利用该村的河道优势,今年初村委会带领村民自筹资金3.1万元,借贷4.7万元,在该村的肖堰拦河坝上安装了拦鱼设施和溢洪水闸进行河道养鱼。所拦河道长达3.1km,水面达400余亩,河底平坦,水草、蚌蚬等饵料资源十分丰富。为了搞好拦河养鱼,他们采取了四项措施: 1.投放鱼种数量足、规格大,体质健壮。今年3月初已投放各类鱼种5300余尾,其中0.2—0.8kg的草鱼种4000尾,
Yangjiaqiao Village, Zhangjiaping Township, Qiyang County has 537 households with 806 people, with an area of only 0.76 mu of cultivated land.
